Policies

• Deposit of 50% will confirm your reservation. Personal or travelers checks preferred
  
• Rental balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  
• Advance deposits are non refundable, unless the cancellation is made at least 60 days in advance of scheduled arrival.
• We have a 60 day cancellation policy and a $ 75.00 cancellation fee. This fee applies to reservation date changes as well.
  
• Early departures are not refundable
  
• Check in time is 4 pm with check out time 9 AM
  
• All reservations are Saturday to Saturday
  
• Calls are welcome for alternative arrival and departure days especially APRIL, MAY, SEPTEMBER, and OCTOBER
  
• We also have rooms, and a suite available at THE HARBOUR COTTAGE INN for those extra days you may need to fully relax
  
• Early reservations advised for July and August
  
• Pier One & Harbor Heights are non smoking properties
